Two prices are mentionned. One includes a full service package while the other one is based on a cash & carry way.

We offer you credit facilities. The prices mentionned in brackets are the monthly payments you would have to pay once your credit is accepted.

You can have a demo at the showrooms. To book an appointment, please click on the "Appointment for our showroom" button, choose your date and send it to us

You can book your TV by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button. We will contact you within 24 hours as we can finalize your order together.

Support - After sales services

HANTAREX Plasma & LCD TV's are shipped with 2 years warranty.
3 years are offered if you contract a Full Service Package*.

If you face problems, please follow the following steps:

1. Consult the troubleshooting section in the manual to check if something can be done by yourselves,
2. If you think the TV is out, please fill in the the hereunder form completely and send it to us. We will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also contact us by phone at +32 (2)733 15 01. The product code & serial number are printed at the back of the TV.

3. If the issue cannot be solved by phone or by e-mail, we will have to get the TV back at our office
4. We will make our best to repair it within 5 business days.

*In case of failure, we will pick up the TV at your place, and bring it back repaired. During the repair period, we will put you another TV in deposit.
