HANTAREX professional monitors are shipped with 1 year warranty. Extension
and/or maintenance service* can be contracted.
If you face problems, please follow the following steps:
1. Consult the troubleshooting section in the manual to check if something
can be done by yourselves.
2. If you think the monitor is out, please fill in the the hereunder form
completely and send it to us. We will get back to you within 24 hours. You
can also contact us by phone at +32 (2)733 15 01. The product code & serial
number are printed at the back of the monitor.
3. If the issue cannot be solved by phone or by e-mail, we will have to get
the TV back.
4. We will make our best to repair it within 5 business days.
*If you have a maintenance contract, please refer to it.
